I am a Graphic Designer, Photographer, and all-around Creative Problem Solver with experience in a variety of industries.
I am happy to use my more than 20 years of experience in graphics, publications, web design, and photography to find the technology and platform that will meet your needs with proficiency in industry-standard graphics technology, social media, and e-commerce platforms.

Since 2020 when I accepted a full-time position with Inktavo, the parent company of InkSoft, I am no longer taking on contract work.

I have managed social media for clients in a variety of industries and I was the only contractor authorized by InkSoft to work with their subscribers, building stores, and providing a range of e-commerce solutions. In 2020 I was hired full time and now manage the Customer Success Teams for both the InkSoft and Graphics Flow platforms.

Gretchen has performed social marketing duties for Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf Courses in Southwest Florida for over two years. Gretchen worked for Netweave while performing these duties. Smugglers Cove has five tourist-based attractions stretching from the St. Pete/Clearwater Beach area to Ft. Myers Beach.
Gretchen oversaw our social marketing at all five locations which included five Facebook and five Instagram accounts as well as Twitter. Gretchen formulated the creative ideas to engage our audience. Through Gretchen’s tenure with us, our business grew as never before. Gretchen also managed our Google, Yelp, Facebook, and Trip Advisor reviews as well.
The social marketing and internet portion of our advertising now far exceeds traditional methods at Smugglers Cove. Gretchen has played the key role for Smugglers in this critical area.
During COVID, Gretchen continued to engage our audience with creative ideas so that we didn’t miss a beat.
